PMO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project management framework of the Company

• Provide leadership, integration, and management of PMO functions and processes

• Enhance the consistency and efficiency of the company’s outputs in a timely fashion

• Facilitate effective work management to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through well-structured resource allocation

• Ensure the proper execution of overall efforts

• Standardize and continuously enhance project management performance, methodologies, and processes

• Develop efficient flows of relevant information that align business strategy with project planning and execution

• Advocate for the organizational redesign and implementation of Tribes and Squads within a matrix structure

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in similar roles, such as Head of PMO, PMO Leader, or Delivery Director/Manager, working with large cross-functional teams

• Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline

• Expert knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, and processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM)

• Familiarity with Organizational Design (e.g., Tribes & Squads methodology) and Change Management techniques

• Demonstrated success in implementing Agile Methodologies throughout the organization

• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple goals and deadlines while maintaining a big-picture perspective

• Team leadership and development skills, with the ability to mentor, coach, and effectively share expertise with others

• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-resolution abilities; capable of building strong networks and relationships at executive levels within technology and solutions

• Detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Highly organized, mature problem-solver with sharp business acumen and extensive knowledge of marketing concepts
