This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of status, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate and assist in governance forums and executive meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs and performance metrics.
• Conduct budget oversight (planned versus actual) and aid in financial planning.
• Organize and monitor action plans, risks, audits, and vulnerabilities.
• Promote continuous enhancement of IT processes following industry best practices.
• Create dashboards and executive presentations for leadership.
• Proven experience in IT governance and project management (PMO).
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management principles.
• Experience with metrics, KPIs, and budget management.
• Proficiency in tracking and data visualization tools such as Excel / Google Sheets, Power BI or Looker Studio, and Jira.
• Strong aptitude for developing executive presentations (PPT/Slides).
