PLM Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement tailored PLM solutions for clients as part of an agile, multi-disciplinary team, ensuring they align with customer needs and overall product architecture.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders to strategize, design, and develop new PLM features, customizations, and enhancements that address customer and business demands.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable and sustainable software solutions within the PLM framework.

• Assist the Enterprise Solutions team in tasks such as deploying client solutions, troubleshooting problems, demonstrating client configurations/customizations, and offering technical support.

• Engage in code reviews and quality assurance (QA) testing to confirm that solutions fulfill performance and functional criteria, contributing to the delivery of top-quality solutions.

• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including development specifications, release notes, user manuals, and testing plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Demonstrated experience in the configuration and development of PLM/Engineering Change Processes is essential.

• Solid experience with JavaScript and C# is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server is mandatory.

• Familiarity with CAD and Design Review applications is preferred.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary.
