This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Develop routing plans utilizing work order data alongside routing analysis software.
• Modify territory plans to establish effective and efficient daily and weekly tactical routes.
• Conduct data analysis of plans, resource availability, and territory configurations.
• Maintain geographic codes, customer addresses, and relevant customer information.
• Relay routes within designated territories to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans on a daily basis with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Generate daily summary reports and present them to the supervisor.
• Provide metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor as well as to Branch Managers and Technicians.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Comprehensive understanding of routing and scheduling software systems.
• In-depth knowledge of operations within branch service departments, resource management, territory structures, recurring service planning, and scheduling availability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, inclusive of public speaking abilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals, and governmental regulations.
• Proficient in managing multiple repetitive tasks.
• Fundamental understanding of texting software or other necessary tools for the position.
• Ability to engage effectively with colleagues and the public.
• Basic knowledge of company operational systems.
• Skill in influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated drive, work ethic, personal accountability, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience within the service industry.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service representative.
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition items up to 10 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while utilizing computers and phones.
• Close visual acuity required for detail-oriented data preparation, analysis, computer-screen viewing, and reading.
• Must be able to work in indoor environments.
