PI Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Request, follow up on, and organize medical records from hospitals and clinics.

• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their cases.

• Ensure all case files are complete, accurate, and consistently updated.

• Support general administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, and court-related activities.

• Open and manage insurance claims, including communication with insurance companies and subrogation entities.

• Assist with onboarding new clients and collecting necessary documentation such as insurance details and supporting evidence.

• Aid litigation efforts by assisting with document preparation and case coordination.

• Organize, combine, and manage documents, including the creation of consolidated PDF files.

• Draft correspondence and assist in the preparation of legal documentation.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized case files in the case management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong personal injury case management or legal support experience.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and data entry.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative.

• Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning and navigating new systems.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Comfortable working in a structured yet evolving legal environment.

• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
