Physiotherapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer individualized support to members via message-based chat and phone/video calls;

• Implement our digital strategy for surgical prehabilitation and manage patients with musculoskeletal disorders and pelvic health issues;

• Conduct online Group Learning webinars;

• Facilitate in-app peer groups;

• Aid in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy is required;

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders, including pelvic health conditions;

• A strong passion for personalized care that considers the individual as a whole and perceives good health as more than merely the absence of illness;

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that are effectively conveyed even in a digital care environment, demonstrating the ability to engage with our members;

• Capability to balance clinical duties with a strong emphasis on member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational engagement;

• Diligent and able to thrive under the pressures of a fast-paced setting;

• A robust commitment to data security and privacy.
