Physics Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop complex physics problems for cutting-edge AI training and assessment.

• Create deterministic challenges that have a single, correct solution.

• Craft comprehensive, validated solutions while clearly documenting the thought process.

• Design problems that assess profound physical reasoning and multi-step analytical skills, beyond mere memorization.

• Utilize Python or specialized tools to construct simulations, models, or computational workflows when applicable.

• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and well-articulated in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline.

• Significant research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.

• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with scientific libraries such as numpy, scipy, or similar.

• Strong grasp of modeling, simulation, numerical methods, and complex problem-solving techniques.

• Capability to create original, challenging problems that represent authentic physics workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in technical writing in English.

• Experience with simulation tools or specialized physics software (e.g., finite element methods, circuit simulators, symbolic systems).

• Background in fields such as computational physics, statistical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, or similar areas.

• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or devising technical assessments.
