Physician Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gather personal recruitment information.

• Complete phone interviews to collect physicians’ contact details and their future practice preferences.

• Make outbound calls to physicians regarding upcoming practice opportunities.

• Connect with residents and fellows through a social media platform.

• Inform physicians about the career resources offered by PracticeMatch.

• Handle inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.

• Work independently to achieve daily and weekly targets for call attempts and physician interviews.

• Make between 80 and 100 calls each day.

• Accurately enter the information received from physicians.

• Exceptional listening skills and professional phone communication abilities.

• Experience utilizing LinkedIn.

• Self-motivated and assertive in reaching goals.

• Familiarity with a sales approach when interacting with gatekeepers.

• Outbound call experience is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support is preferred.

• Effective communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail for the accurate data entry of physician information.
