Physician, Medical Case Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform objective medical case evaluations utilizing standardized assessment criteria.

• Assess the timeliness and appropriateness of the care delivered.

• Identify opportunities for quality improvement.

• Review cases initiated for non-standardized performance enhancement reasons.

• Evaluate medical decision-making and adherence to best practices.

• Provide expert medical insights.

• Analyze intricate clinical scenarios from an unbiased, evidence-based viewpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted physician license in any U.S. state or territory.

• Hold board certification in a specialty acknowledged by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in your specialty.

• Have at least 2 years of recent clinical practice relevant to case reviews.

• Be actively involved in direct patient care (at least 20 clinical hours per month).

• Hold hospital privileges in your specialty.

• Be fluent in English (strong reading and writing skills are essential).
