Physician – Clinical Advisor, Women's Health Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary clinical resource for clinician inquiries and escalations (30-minute response time)

• Assist in patient care, including elevated and DEA-mandated visits

• Evaluate time-sensitive patient cases, laboratory results, and inbox items

• Detect clinical trends and communicate insights to leadership

• Engage in Doc of the Day responsibilities

• Contribute to the refinement and support of Midi’s clinical guidelines and care protocols

• Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical quality, education, and safety initiatives

• Meet state-mandated collaborating physician obligations in the states designated by Midi.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified MD/DO

• At least 5+ years of advanced, specialized experience in perimenopause/menopause care (expert level required)

• Expertise in Cancer Survivorship (strongly preferred)

• 5+ years of recent direct patient care experience

• 2+ years of telehealth experience

• A minimum of 5 active state licenses; willing to obtain licenses in all 50 states

• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and technological proficiency
