Physical Therapist, PTA – Telehealth Intake

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct Educational Discovery Calls: Facilitate pre-arranged, non-diagnostic virtual consultations with potential patients to explore how pelvic health physical therapy can address their concerns.

• Authentic Patient Engagement: Employ our fundamental call frameworks as a base, while personalizing your language to match your conversational style and authentic clinical voice—avoiding robotic sales scripts.

• Patient Education & Triage: Deliver precise, high-level information regarding pelvic health care (including pregnancy, postpartum, bowel/bladder issues, pelvic pain, and post-surgical care) while adhering to strict scope-of-practice boundaries.

• Lead Engagement & Nurturing: Re-establish connections with previous inquiries, cancellations, and warm leads through phone, email, and text to assist them in pursuing care.

• EMR & CRM Tracking: Diligently document call notes, patient concerns, and follow-ups in our EMR platform to guarantee a smooth transition to the evaluating clinician.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensure: Possess an active, unrestricted California Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (Required).

• Specialty Comfort: At ease discussing pelvic floor health (including pregnancy/postpartum, bowel/bladder issues, pelvic pain, sexual wellness, and post-prostatectomy) with compassion, empathy, and professional discretion.

• Communication & Closing: Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to conduct a caring, consultative conversation that encourages hesitant callers to schedule an evaluation.

• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in navigating EMR systems, CRM tools, scheduling software, and Google Workspace.

• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week flexibility, with occasional evening availability depending on patient booking trends.
