This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Perform screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in alignment with state practice regulations, care plans, and company guidelines.
• Assist in enhancing functional mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for the senior population.
• Timely and accurately complete all necessary documentation.
• Engage in mandatory orientations, staff meetings, and in-service training.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to establish a comprehensive therapy program.
• Provide clinical oversight to Therapy Assistants as required.
• Adhere to all infection control protocols and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines.
• Exhibit sound clinical judgment and efficiently prioritize patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Undertake duties that may require moderate to heavy physical effort.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Possess a current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• For foreign-trained candidates, the degree must be assessed as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency.
