This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Perform thorough and impartial medical chart assessments with integrity and transparency.
• Generate determinations that are clear, succinct, and well-substantiated by evidence.
• Adhere to MMRO’s review templates, ensuring that all necessary components are complete and accurate.
• Present findings professionally, utilizing appropriate language and grammar.
• Fulfill assigned reviews within established deadlines.
• Respond swiftly to communications from MMRO personnel.
• Review and adhere to corporate training materials and review standards.
• Be open to constructive criticism from MMRO’s Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, and Clinical Staff.
• Offer suggestions for process enhancement and quality improvement.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license for practice in any U.S. state or territory, specifically a KENTUCKY medical state license.
• Active certification from a board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
• A minimum of five (5) years of full-time equivalent experience (37.5–40 hours per week) delivering direct clinical care to patients.
• Current clinical experience within the last three (3) years.
• Flexible, remote contracting opportunity.
• Ability to set your own schedule and determine case volume.
• Work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive clinical and operations team.
