This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess batches of exam questions provided by the Kaplan Content Specialist.

• Evaluate questions using a supplied checklist to ensure they accurately represent the style, content, and difficulty of the official exam.

• Implement necessary revisions and enhancements to questions to improve their quality and relevance to the exam.

• Submit reviewed Google Documents for each batch, clearly documenting all changes by utilizing Google Docs' Track Changes feature.

• Ensure that all content is accurate, free of errors, and up-to-date with the latest specifications of the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam.

• Follow Kaplan's requested style guide in all revisions and submissions.

• Engage in Kaplan's standard content review cycle, addressing feedback related to clarity, accuracy, formatting, and presentation.

• Rephrase and modify content to ensure it aligns with test-like standards.

• Respond to all review inquiries within 2 business days, or sooner if requested.

• Comply with the specified timelines for each batch of questions as communicated by the Content Specialist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or a higher credential in the relevant field.

• Proven in-depth understanding of official exam content, professional domain knowledge, and the exam format.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to precision.

• Excellent skills in written communication and editing.

• Proficiency in utilizing Google Docs and Google Drive.

• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage workload in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet access and communication tools.

• Previous experience in instructional content development, especially related to the relevant exam (preferred).

• Prior teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant subject area (preferred).

• Familiarity with effective test question design principles (preferred).
