Phone Research Specialist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses using a designated account list.

• Adhere to a predefined call script to confirm the number of employees at each company.

• Approach each call as separate research, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

• Make up to five attempts to contact each account before concluding the outreach.

• Precisely document call results, employee counts, and any pertinent notes.

• Keep organized records to facilitate easy review and analysis of results.

• Comply with established processes while achieving quality and productivity goals.

• Approximately 2,000 accounts require verification of employee counts.

• Initial quality assurance phase before scaling to larger volumes.

• Three-month contract with work distributed in phases.

• Potential for additional hours depending on project requirements and individual performance.

• Professional, approachable, and self-assured phone manner.

• Comfortable handling a high volume of brief outbound calls.

• Keen attention to detail when recording call outcomes.

• Capable of working independently after receiving training on the workflow and script.

• Organized and reliable, demonstrating consistent follow-through.

• Prior experience in phone-based research, customer service, call centers, or outbound calling.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets or CRM systems for documenting interactions.

• Familiarity with business research or data validation tasks.

• Experience working remotely within a structured, metrics-oriented environment.
