This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cover an extensive area while concentrating on a specific target list of physicians and practitioners within the Orlando region.
• Raise disease awareness among key stakeholders and facilitate treatment initiation, patient identification, and access to care.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams regarding prior authorization, payer restrictions, reimbursement guidelines, and patient referrals.
• Oversee the sales budget and enhance territory sales through a strategic territory plan and effective communication.
• Establish sales and customer networks by leveraging business planning and insights into the local market.
• Cultivate relationships with partners, communities, clients, and opinion leaders.
• Implement compliant and medically pertinent programs to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Visit clients based on their significance and potential.
• Manage accounts encompassing sales, negotiations, development, and customer solutions.
• Engage in the organization, development, and execution of congresses, round tables, training sessions, and other events.
• Create and present action plans aimed at achieving sales objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and report account metrics while providing monthly and quarterly updates.
• Keep track of market trends and developments.
• Coordinate training sessions, informative programs, and product presentations.
• Seek out new accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Alternative qualifications include a high school diploma with 10 years of experience, an associate degree with 6 years, or a Master's degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Experience in sales account management is preferable.
• Background in the Health Care Industry is a plus, particularly in eye care pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Ability to learn technical information and adapt quickly.
• High-energy, self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
• Results-driven with a strong motivation to succeed.
• Willingness to question conventional practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
