This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide customer service and support the State Licensing department with daily operations.
• Prepare both online and hard copy state pharmaceutical applications.
• Conduct license verification.
• Assess signed applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review incoming and outgoing physical mail (electronically if working remotely).
• Resolve deficiencies noted by the Board on behalf of the customer.
• Update the internal database to track application progress.
• Maintain a document repository for customer supporting documents, applications, and correspondence regarding deficiencies.
• Perform administrative tasks (basic skills in Microsoft Word required).

• At least one (1) year of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or a related administrative field, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Proven experience in regulatory data entry, application processing, or compliance documentation.
• Knowledge of state or federal regulatory bodies, such as Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, or FDA, is advantageous.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment with a keen eye for detail.
• Prior use of document management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, or licensing portals is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, with the capability to draft professional emails and produce clear, structured documentation.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and requirements and convert them into precise application materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with PDF editing tools is a plus.
• Capable of managing sensitive or confidential information with care.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
