PH Nurse, Clinical Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate ICD-10 codes to confirm accurate clinical category mapping.

• Detect overlooked reimbursement possibilities across PT/OT, SLP, NTA, Nursing, and Functional Scoring.

• Ensure proper alignment of therapy services and clinical documentation.

• Employ CMS tools, the RAI Manual, and internal guidelines to uphold regulatory compliance.

• Conduct thorough reviews of assessments before submission to ensure completeness and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and current PHRN license.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a clinical environment.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR (Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Healthcare Records).

• Knowledge of MDS coding is a PLUS.

• Strong understanding of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
