Personal VIP Manager, Evening Schedule

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Management of the VIP database

• Support for user activity on projects

• Re-engagement of inactive clients

• Analysis of client behavior, delivering personalized assistance to users, and fostering a positive experience on the project

• Handling incoming and outgoing communications according to tasks and client requests

• Working across multiple communication channels: emails, messengers, and calls

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)

• Experience in the iGaming/Gambling industry

• Ability to communicate effectively via phone and in writing

• Skills in engaging clients with projects, highlighting the positive aspects of the project creatively

• Experience in handling objections

• Capability to manage working hours and meet established deadlines

• Willingness to learn new tools, work with them, and develop new knowledge

• Empathy and resilience in challenging cases

• Availability to work from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Kyiv time (7 working hours + 1 hour for breaks, stable schedule from Monday to Friday without changes)
