• Support clients with their home and auto insurance requirements
• Address coverage inquiries, offer tailored advice, and implement policy modifications
• Reach out to clients proactively regarding policy renewals
• Effectively communicate with clients via phone, email, and SMS
• Track personal performance and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Keep precise records of client interactions
• Collaborate closely with the customer service team
• Remain updated on product knowledge and industry developments
• Advance to a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your initial two years with us
• Valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license
• At least 2 years of experience as a broker or agent
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent customer service experience
• Proactive attitude
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Quick learner with a passion for technology
