• Support clients in fulfilling their home and auto insurance requirements
• Address coverage inquiries and provide tailored recommendations
• Establish new policies or execute policy adjustments
• Proactively engage with clients to guarantee we are consistently offering the most suitable policy for their needs
• Effectively communicate through phone, email, and SMS with clients to foster trust
• Track personal performance and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Keep precise records of client interactions within our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet collective objectives
• Remain informed about product knowledge and industry developments
• Progress towards a senior role within our insurance team or a team lead position after your initial 2 years
• You possess a valid RIBO and/or AMF certification
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an insurance broker or agent
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
• You are proactive and exhibit strong problem-solving abilities
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
• You are a fast learner with a keen interest in technology
