Personal Injury Team Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the training and onboarding process for new team members, including case managers, legal assistants, and medical records personnel.

• Create and revise training resources, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation.

• Perform routine coaching sessions and conduct performance evaluations.

• Guarantee team adherence to the firm's protocols, deadlines, and standards for client communication.

• Provide assistance to staff in utilizing Case Management Software.

• Work alongside leadership to pinpoint operational gaps and enhance efficiency.

• Organize refresher training sessions and continuing education opportunities for current team members.

• Oversee quality control in file management, documentation practices, and tracking of injury treatments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in case management or a related role.

• Previous experience in training or mentoring legal personnel is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury case progression, from intake to settlement.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple training priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient with technology and case management platforms.

• A genuine passion for developing confident and skilled teams.
