Performance Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Leadership and Mentoring: Engage in individual career development discussions and monthly mentoring sessions, evaluating the development and performance needs of team members while ensuring the formulation and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Hours and Project Management: Allocate and oversee daily and ongoing operational tasks, serving as the point of reference for prioritizing and escalating complex issues.

• Quality Assurance (QA): Hold overall accountability for the team's media execution quality assurance, encompassing the review of budgets, pacing, segmentation, targeting, and other related factors.

• Campaign Strategy and Architecture: Develop campaigns in accordance with market best practices and client requirements, outlining setup logic for in-scope and adjacent platforms.

• Client Management and Relationship Building: Guarantee client success and adherence to SLAs, acting as the primary point of contact (PoC) in daily interactions to cultivate trust and rapport.

• Business Growth: Identify opportunities for additional services and co-lead discussions, leveraging knowledge of the client's business to shape strategy.

• Actively participate in meetings with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that expectations and needs are understood and addressed.

• Formulate and execute effective digital marketing strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic, optimizing results to align with business objectives.

• Develop media plans that maximize the impact of campaigns and achieve designated KPIs.

• Assist the team in monitoring and executing campaigns from launch through to final reporting, ensuring that deliverables align with forecasts and established goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced or Fluent English: Crucial for effective communication in an international setting and for engaging with global stakeholders.

• Expertise in Performance Digital Media: Extensive experience in creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across a range of digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic.

• People Management and Development: Demonstrated history of leading teams, managing personnel, and nurturing talent, with a focus on individual growth initiatives.

• Autonomy and Proactivity: Capability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and effectively manage complex situations.

• Commitment to Deadlines and Results: Able to juggle multiple demands while ensuring the delivery of results within set deadlines, maintaining a high level of accountability.
