This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Implement bid and buy strategies primarily across a mix of paid social, search, and programmatic mobile, video, and display channels, following News Xtend’s client performance and pricing guidelines;
• Create and deploy tracking tags using tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager);
• Customize campaign solutions and channels according to specific client requirements;
• Ensure that all advertising campaigns meet delivery and performance standards;
• Suggest enhancements for bid and buy strategies;
• Comply with the relevant SLA's in daily operations;
• Collaborate with your Team Lead on opportunities for process and analytics improvement;
• Conduct comprehensive post-campaign analyses utilizing data from DSP tools, as needed;
• Clearly illustrate, using data, how News Xtend’s bid and buy strategies have enhanced performance;
• Offer recommendations to enhance weekly and monthly performance reports;
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot underperforming or under-delivering campaigns, and resolve discrepancies;
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to strengthen client relationships and achieve retention goals;
• Identify and advocate for budget scaling and upsell opportunities;
• Contribute to the overall digital revenue targets of News Xtend and News Corp Australia.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Paid Social, Search, and/or Programmatic buying platforms.
• Must possess in-platform execution experience in managing campaigns and making decisions (ideally with The Trade Desk, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads as a minimum).
• Skillfully allocate time to maximize client value, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail;
• Be organized and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently; time management is essential for a Trader;
• Exhibit charisma, directness, and proactivity, with the ability to build credibility both internally and externally;
• Possess the capability to make data-driven decisions while conveying information in a clear and persuasive manner;
• Be proactive and engage with team members, maintaining a ‘can do’, positive, and adaptable attitude;
• Display excellent listening skills to grasp the needs of clients and other teams;
• Take ownership of your daily responsibilities;
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate information concisely and persuasively is crucial;
• Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools.
• Strong numerical skills.
