Performance Governance Analyst – KPI & Service Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, enhance, and oversee the performance indicator framework for the Shared Services Center (SSC);

• Ensure consistent methodologies, clear concepts, and traceability of indicators;

• Establish concepts, formulas, calculation guidelines, and analysis standards;

• Identify and prioritize measurement deficiencies within the cost, timeliness, and quality dimensions;

• Conduct validation cycles in collaboration with business units and stakeholders;

• Prioritize and manage the indicator backlog, taking into account impact and feasibility;

• Assist in developing governance frameworks and performance monitoring systems;

• Track indicator maturity and suggest ongoing improvements;

• Collaborate with BI and data teams for the implementation of metrics;

• Convert strategic and operational needs into actionable, measurable indicators;

• Operate in a consultative role, promoting data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in IT, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines;

• Substantial experience (at least 4+ years) in metrics, performance, or governance;

• Proven track record in defining, structuring, and managing KPIs and operational metrics;

• Experience in engaging with stakeholders and various business areas;

• Understanding of performance frameworks and management of indicators;

• Capability to operate at both a strategic level and in detailing conceptual indicators;

• Familiarity with Shared Services Centers (SSC);

• Knowledge of BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.);

• Background in Data & Analytics environments;

• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma);

• Experience working on projects with large organizations or in complex settings.
