This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct authorized onsite clinical training programs and provide educational resources to nurses and clinical teams utilizing the Quanta Dialysis System.
• Assist in the training and onboarding process for new customers during the initial implementation and launch of programs.
• Act as a knowledgeable and credible clinical resource throughout each training assignment.
• Deliver hands-on instruction, workflow guidance, and product education in a non-direct patient care environment.
• Aid in reinforcing the safe, consistent, and effective use of the Quanta Dialysis System through approved training methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Quanta Clinical, Sales, Account, and Service teams to enhance a coordinated customer experience.
• Tailor training delivery to the unique needs, experience levels, and workflows of various customer teams and care environments.
• Complete necessary training documentation, expense reports, and other related administrative tasks promptly.
• Stay updated on dialysis practices and participate in ongoing training on Quanta therapies, products, and approved educational content.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in dialysis.
• Preferred experience in dialysis training, preceptorship, education, or clinical leadership.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) preferred.
• Strongly preferred experience in acute dialysis, ICU CRRT, chronic dialysis, or home hemodialysis.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to confidently educate and engage groups of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to accept frequent week-long travel assignments across the United States.
• Ability to travel by plane, stay in hotels, and work onsite throughout each assignment.
• Flexibility to take on assignments based on evolving customer needs, including those with limited advance notice.
• Capacity to stand for extended training sessions lasting up to 4 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
