Pediatric Neurologist MD/DO – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive care services for pediatric neurology patients.

• Lead the care team to provide effective and compassionate care.

• Supervise the overall quality of care and clinical outcomes for pediatric neurology patients.

• Manage relationships between physicians and patients, ensuring satisfaction for both patients and families.

• Engage in system-wide health management initiatives.

• Offer insights on financial, clinical, service quality, budget, capital planning, and personnel issues.

• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards.

• Address and resolve patient complaints.

• Participate in the recruitment and replacement of other healthcare providers.

• Consult with and guide providers on optimal and cost-effective treatment options.

• Promote professional growth through educational programs, literature reviews, in-services, and workshops.

• Take part in team meetings and multispecialty group discussions.

• Ensure that coding and encounter data meet standards for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and reimbursement.

• Support Advanced Practice Clinicians in providing appropriate patient education and care.

• Perform additional functions as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree.

• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Neurology.

• Valid medical license in New Mexico.
