Pediatric Nephrologist – Independent Medical Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough and impartial evaluations of medical charts with honesty and integrity.

• Generate clear, concise, and evidence-based conclusions.

• Adhere to MMRO’s review templates, ensuring all necessary components are complete and accurate.

• Communicate findings in a professional manner, utilizing appropriate language and grammar.

• Complete assigned reviews within designated deadlines.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from MMRO staff.

• Review and comply with corporate training materials and evaluation standards.

• Accept and act on constructive feedback from MMRO’s Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, and Clinical Staff.

• Offer suggestions for process improvements and quality enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a current, unrestricted medical license to practice in any U.S. state or territory.

• Maintain board certification from a board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).

• Have a minimum of five years of full-time equivalent experience in providing direct clinical care to patients.

• Full-time equivalent is defined as 37.5–40 hours per week.

• Hold current clinical experience within the last three years.

• Must be physically located within the United States or its territories while conducting reviews.

• Qualification as a Pediatric Nephrology physician.
