Pedagogical Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously oversee the deployment of the educational solution through technical visits, indicator analysis, pedagogical observations, and monitoring of action plans.

• Provide guidance to Municipal Departments of Education, technical teams, school administrators, and educators on the effective utilization of NeuroSaber materials, methodologies, platforms, and assessment tools.

• Conduct client visits per the schedule set by the NeuroEscola Coordination to understand challenges (active listening) and, in collaboration with NeuroEscola Coordination, propose actionable improvements with timely and constructive feedback.

• Develop and sustain a close, ongoing relationship with clients to foster retention and engagement.

• Ensure pedagogical consistency between NeuroSaber’s products – Teaching System and Programs – and the standards set by local education networks.

• Oversee the implementation and evolution of educational solutions, providing support for pedagogical needs and continuous professional development as identified by the municipality.

• Create systematic reports post-visit, submitting them to NeuroEscola Coordination to emphasize key observations, and deliver feedback to the technical team at the Department of Education to enhance workflow and ensure the achievement of established goals.

• Consistently monitor proposed improvement actions for the Education Network alongside NeuroEscola Coordination to enhance the Municipal Education Network’s ability to meet learning outcomes.

• Sample and observe the administration of assessments (sondagens) in educational institutions to gather data for potential strategy enhancements, ensuring data reliability and usability for Action Plans formulated by school management teams.

• Provide specialized training for teachers and school leaders based on the analysis from NeuroEscola Coordination, structured around systematic observations of each municipality’s requirements.

• Build collaborative relationships with Departments of Education, managers, and teachers, acting as a strategic partner and reinforcing trust in NeuroEscola.

• Oversee scheduling, travel, records, documents, platforms, and other administrative tasks necessary to support municipalities.

• Represent NeuroSaber in an institutional capacity during technical visits, training sessions, and meetings, upholding ethical and clear communication in alignment with the organization’s values.

• Execute additional tasks as required and approved by the immediate supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Languages (Letters), Psychology, or related disciplines.

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant fields.

• Preferred: a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a public school or educational network in pedagogical and/or administrative positions such as Pedagogical Assessor, Tutoring Analyst, Pedagogical Analyst, Academic Analyst, or similar roles.

• Driver’s license (Category B) preferred.
