This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Deliver customer support across multiple channels, including inbound phone calls, live chats, emails, and back-office tickets, ensuring prompt and precise resolutions.
• Assist users through the PCI-DSS compliance process by providing clear, step-by-step guidance to uphold regulatory and security standards.
• Support customers in accessing, navigating, and troubleshooting the online platform, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities by utilizing available knowledge bases, tools, and resources to independently resolve complex issues.
• Focus on first-contact resolution by effectively gathering, verifying, and utilizing the necessary information to resolve inquiries.
• Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement, recommending enhancements or escalating trends that may impact efficiency or compliance.
• Manage workload efficiently and operate independently without direct oversight, ensuring accountability for productivity and accuracy.
• Handle escalations and challenging conversations with professionalism, concentrating on resolution while adhering to company policies.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented thoroughly and accurately in internal systems, in accordance with established protocols and compliance requirements.
• Consistently meet or surpass performance metrics, service level expectations, and quality standards across all support channels.
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over 1 year of experience in a call center customer support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Collaborative, positive, and customer-centric attitude.
• Clear communicator with strong active listening skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and soft skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
