PBM Client Delivery Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently determine how to extract the required data from extensive datasets and produce ad hoc analyses that yield clear insights.

• Utilize historical claims data to generate reports that facilitate assessment and risk management.

• Aid in the creation of deliverables for operational teams that enhance a member’s transition experience to SmithRx.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, “client-ready” materials through a thorough audit/evaluation process and personal accountability.

• Conduct in-depth analyses and investigations into large datasets, providing clear insights based on findings.

• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners via email, Slack, phone, video calls, and other platforms.

• Deliver ad hoc analyses to demonstrate potential impacts of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience.

• Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities – adept at working with data and deriving key insights.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and positively with colleagues and partners, even under the pressures of a fast-paced business environment.
