This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Enhance payment revenue and optimize transaction profitability across all Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and business units.

• Improve Payment Authorization Rates (AR) by evaluating AR declines, blockages, and traffic distribution incidents in real-time.

• Implement dynamic data enrichment techniques to enhance authorization outcomes.

• Develop and maintain advanced analytics tools to support daily operational decision-making.

• Provide exceptional internal service quality to Leadtech's business units (b2b).

• Take ownership of and proactively manage the payment strategy for each business unit.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop two sub-teams.

• Over 5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce, including at least 5 years in roles involving people management.

• Practical experience with PSPs such as Stripe, WorldPay, Adyen, PayPal, or similar platforms.

• Proven experience in managing internal stakeholder relationships (account management, business unit partnership, or similar client-facing roles).

• Strong analytical abilities: adept at building and interpreting AR/decline-reason models and conducting cost-benefit analyses.

• Familiarity with APMs, tokenization, 3DS, and concepts of dynamic routing/data enrichment.

• Proficient in data/reporting tools (Excel/Sheets, BI tools like Qlik/Tableau, Power BI).

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience in people management, including goal-setting, coaching, and prioritization within a small team.
