Payment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Effectively interact with customers as necessary and collaborate with internal teams.

• Manage chargeback cases and assist in payment-related investigations.

• Address customer payment issues, including Accounts Receivable tasks.

• Analyze data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Assist with KPI analysis and deliver insights derived from operational data.

• Keep current with industry regulations and compliance standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Generate daily, weekly, and/or monthly operational and statistical reports.

• Execute other related tasks as required.

• Previous experience in Chargebacks, Payments, Refunds, Accounts Receivable (AR), or similar operational fields is advantageous.

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capacity to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently.

• Customer-centric attitude with the ability to adapt to various personality types.

• Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
