This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Set up and continuously enhance routing rules for active merchants across various payment providers.

• Direct payment traffic to optimize approval rates while keeping processing costs at a minimum.

• Oversee payment performance, troubleshoot routing problems, and adjust traffic distribution as necessary.

• Examine payment declines, provider performance, and transaction patterns to boost routing efficiency.

• Respond to operational changes such as blocked MIDs, provider restrictions, and shifts in traffic.

• Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure reliable payment processing.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Payment Routing, Payment Operations, Payment Orchestration, Acquiring, or PSP Operations.

• Background in FinTech, PSP, iGaming, Crypto, or related sectors.

• Proven experience working with multiple PSPs and acquiring partners.

• Familiarity with customized payment routing platforms and automation tools.

• Practical experience in configuring routing and managing live payment traffic.

• Strong grasp of acquiring, routing, authorization flow, payment providers, MIDs, and approval optimization.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to identify problems and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Grafana, or comparable analytical tools.

• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English.
