Patient Services Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate within the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) workflow framework as instructed.

• Create daily schedules for clinical staff.

• Allocate POD clinicians to patients under the guidance of the Assistant Clinical Manager.

• Support POD personnel in organizing patient/client services.

• Act as the intermediary between field staff, patients/clients, and POD personnel.

• Communicate with CFSS when order approvals are delaying scheduling.

• Complete daily tasks/workflows and report unresolved workflow issues to the Assistant Clinical Manager before the end of the shift.

• Process visits returned by clinicians.

• Work the designated Saturday and Sunday schedule, with weekend rotation as necessary.

• Gather admissions/intake information and liaise with CFSS regarding potential staffing needs and concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year in a customer service role is required.

• At least two years of general office experience is necessary.

• A minimum of one year of data entry or word processing experience is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST or CST.

• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is necessary.

• An Associate’s degree is preferred.

• At least one year of home health experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in home health is preferred.
