Patient Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive an increase in new patient appointments through telephone consultations with prospective customers and successfully close new business deals.

• Employ a soft-sell, empathetic approach to transform potential customers into satisfied clients.

• Address inquiries and clarify the features and advantages of selecting US Fertility.

• Collaborate with USF offices and supervisors to facilitate the transition of prospective customers to medical diagnosis and treatment.

• Prepare and report on inside-sales performance metrics.

• Suggest process enhancements to management to boost sales performance.

• Maintain a precise customer database that tracks prospective customer program details and progress.

• Record any unusual circumstances and customer interactions in the database.

• Follow up with all prospective customers to ensure ongoing engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of five years of experience in customer service.

• At least two to three years of experience in inside sales.

• Proficiency in active listening and relationship-building skills.

• Capability to communicate with empathy, precision, and clarity.

• Ability to establish personal connections with emotionally-driven callers.

• Outstanding interpersonal and telephone communication abilities.

• Competence to work independently and efficiently organize tasks.

• Capacity to monitor quality and effectiveness while collaborating across teams.

• Ability to ensure timely and accurate follow-through on tasks.

• Familiarity with healthcare services or fertility is advantageous.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
