Patient Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the designated Nurse Coordinator to maintain and support current customers.

• Evaluate the needs of patients with an emphasis on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem resolution.

• Foster and sustain a service-oriented relationship with patients.

• Ensure that all data and analytical requests from various departments within the organization are handled promptly.

• Assist in managing our business system tools (e.g., QlikView, Salesforce).

• Identify, cultivate, and enhance patient relationships to promote and schedule ongoing testing.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Center environment, handling both inbound and outbound communications.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

• A background in medical or biological sciences is preferred.
