This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the initial point of contact for potential patients facing dental concerns and seeking information about our services.
• Assist these potential patients by providing comprehensive explanations of our services and highlighting how they stand out from competitors or other options.
• Listen with empathy and apply critical thinking to assess whether our services align with each potential patient’s individual circumstances.
• Collaborate with prospective patients to arrange a complimentary consultation and prepare them for a successful visit and evaluation.
• Devote a significant amount of time to phone interactions, including receiving inbound calls from potential patients and making outbound calls to existing leads who have shown interest in our services (no cold calling involved).
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and conviction when communicating with potential patients, aiming to positively influence their lives.
• Display confidence and expertise in addressing objections.
• Achieve or surpass established KPIs by understanding how to influence outcomes and actively seeking coaching for continuous improvement.
• Serve as an ambassador for the ClearChoice Core Values at all times, exemplifying: Compassion, Conviction, Teamwork, Integrity, Trust, Impact, and Passion for Learning.
• Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are strongly preferred.
• A genuine desire to assist those in need and work for an organization driven by mission.
• 1-2 years of consultative sales experience (including overcoming objections, asking open-ended questions, active listening, and building value).
• At least 1 year of experience in a field that necessitates a high level of empathy.
• 6 months to 1 year of previous remote work experience, equipped with intermediate to advanced computer skills/proficiencies.
• Over 1 year of call center experience or related experience involving high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with roles that utilize scripts or call flows.
• Strong interpersonal skills (including active listening, teamwork, flexibility, empathy, and connection).
• A confident demeanor with the ability to quickly establish rapport while maintaining control of the conversation.
• A goal-oriented individual with a strong drive for performance.
• Comfortable with seeking and receiving coaching and guidance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong initiative and drive.
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce and G-suites is a plus.
