This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Respond to incoming calls from patients, medical offices, and insurance providers.
β’ Initiate outbound calls to patients and medical offices to gather information or provide updates on cases.
β’ Analyze case histories and insurance documents to relay information to callers effectively.
β’ Inform patients and physicians about the results of benefit investigations.
β’ Assess patients for potential eligibility for financial assistance programs.
β’ Execute special projects as directed by management.
β’ Achieve productivity and quality targets established by call center management.
β’ Engage in team meetings by discussing observed patterns and recurring issues found in cases and calls.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ High School diploma or GED equivalent.
β’ Exceptional customer service abilities.
β’ Previous experience in a call center is preferred, but not mandatory.
β’ Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
β’ Strong listening skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
β’ Attention to detail is essential.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capable of prioritizing tasks, working independently, and pursuing objectives without supervision.
β’ Quick learner with the ability to navigate various computer applications.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
