Partnership Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to discover potential partnership opportunities with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Engage in outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and direct messaging to start conversations.

• Maintain a consistent pipeline of outreach efforts and follow up diligently and professionally.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Ensure the CRM is updated with contact details, outreach history, and deal progress.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, such as emails dispatched, responses received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• A formal degree is not required.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Highly organized and persistent, demonstrating strong follow-up abilities.

• Proficient with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking methods.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing a pipeline with minimal supervision.
