Partnership Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to discover potential partnership opportunities with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Initiate conversations through outbound outreach using email, LinkedIn, and direct messages.

• Maintain a proactive pipeline of outreach and follow up consistently and professionally.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Ensure the CRM is updated with contact records, outreach history, and the status of deals.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics, including emails dispatched, responses received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• A degree is not required.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Highly organized and persistent, with excellent follow-up abilities.

• Comfortable utilizing CRM tools and basic outreach tracking methods.

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing a pipeline with minimal supervision.

• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing field.
