This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and secure new partners: You actively engage with potential partners, platforms, and multipliers while crafting cooperation models that ensure mutual benefits.
• Develop partnerships: You cultivate long-term relationships, oversee onboarding processes, and create collaborative growth initiatives.
• Explore new growth avenues: You identify scalable growth opportunities and establish new sales and distribution channels.
• Market & competitive analysis: You assess market potential, target demographics, and competitors, translating insights into actionable agreements.
• Streamline processes: You enhance our business development methodologies — practical and focused on scalability.
• KPI oversight: You set and monitor the metrics to evaluate partnerships, growth, and conversion rates.
• Collaborative teamwork: You work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Executive Management — ensuring quick decision-making and rapid execution.
• Proven experience in business development, partner management, sales, growth, or platform-driven businesses.
• Familiarity with digital business models and scalable sales/distribution strategies.
• Capacity to quickly evaluate partner potential and convert it into tangible agreements.
• Confident in communicating with external stakeholders — maintaining professionalism and reliability.
• Organized working approach with an emphasis on priorities, pipelines, and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ownership, dependability, and a high speed of execution.
• Interest in e-mobility, sustainability, or digital services.
• Experience in the THG quota market is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Significant impact — direct influence on growth strategies and outcomes.
• Completely remote with flexible working hours — hybrid or on-site options available upon arrangement.
