This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented to partners by validating, auditing, and addressing discrepancies prior to publication.
• Manage the upload of prospective student data from partners into Salesforce in collaboration with the Technology Team and Account Managers.
• Prepare documentation, data, and logistical/project management materials for onboarding new partners and providing ongoing support.
• Oversee the offboarding process for partners, ensuring the completion of operational, contractual, and administrative responsibilities.
• Develop presentation decks, comparison datasets, communications for partners, newsletters, operational messaging, and partner gifts.
• Assist with the logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings with partners.
• Organize meetings and create precise, on-brand presentation materials alongside Marketing and Account Managers.
• Maintain communication with partners regarding attendance, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and the outcomes following programs.
• Eliminate duplicate entries in event attendance data.
• Act as a technical resource for virtual event platforms.
• Provide additional support for events and presentations related to Channel and Direct Transfer partnerships.
• Ability to work remotely on a full-time basis.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must operate within a time zone that is within one hour of the continental US, approximately GMT -8 to GMT -3.
• Expected to work some evenings and weekends, approximately twice monthly.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in higher education, partnerships, operations, business development, or account management-related positions.
• Proficiency in productivity and CRM tools, including Salesforce and Slate.
• Skilled in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana.
• Exceptional administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in identifying and resolving administrative and routine issues.
• Strong skills in prioritization and time management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in event and project management.
• Capability to analytically assess complex data and pinpoint discrepancies.
• Hands-on experience with Slate and university database systems is preferred.
• A Master's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in high-growth startups, EdTech, or scaling international organizations is preferred.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
