Partner Support Specialist, Bilingual in French and English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main liaison for Financial Planners, Private Bankers, Regional Sales Managers, and Branch Partners.

• Manages and follows up on intricate files.

• Recognizes customer needs and provides customized wealth and investment solutions.

• Oversees transactional results and escalates unresolved issues when necessary.

• Reviews and processes documentation during interactions with Partners and customers.

• Keeps up-to-date with investment markets and incorporates insights into discussions with customers.

• Integrates relevant marketing initiatives and promotions into customer engagements.

• Complies with all regulatory and compliance standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of pertinent experience.

• Strong familiarity with BMO Investment / BMO InvestorLine products and services.

• Awareness of competitive market dynamics and product offerings.

• Knowledge of risk management and compliance protocols.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving.
