Partner Success Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vital connection between our educational solutions and the students we serve.

• Oversee a strategic portfolio of partners, leading implementation efforts and fostering strong relationships to ensure Zearn’s mission is achieved in every classroom.

• Act as a crucial resource for educators by assisting them in the effective and impactful use of Zearn Math to promote student success.

• Facilitate the initiation of Zearn journeys for more schools and districts to broaden our reach and impact.

• Conduct calls, webinars, and demonstrations for school and district administrators, showcasing the advantages of Zearn Math and aiding in their decision-making processes.

• Maintain regular communication with interested administrators to assist them in their educational and decision-making endeavors.

• Represent Zearn at company-wide events and conferences, providing information on Zearn Math and engaging with new potential partners ready for a transformative curriculum shift.

• Ensure deep partnership success at the school and district level, enabling students and teachers to maximize their use of Zearn Math.

• Develop customized plans to optimally support school and district partners in their Zearn Math implementation.

• Build collaborative relationships with administrators, coaches, and teachers.

• Work closely with partners throughout the implementation process to foster strong usage and drive measurable impact for both teachers and students.

• Perform data analysis and create presentations that demonstrate efficacy and highlight insights that promote deeper engagement with Zearn Math.

• Provide district leads with regular summaries of progress at the school level.

• Leverage field insights to drive continuous improvements in our products and growth strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in K-8 education, ideally with candidates who have taught math and have a proven record of enhancing student outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a school or district (e.g., District Specialist, Assistant Principal, Principal, Department Chair, or Grade Level Lead) where you were responsible for a significant initiative or process.

• Proven ability to utilize data analysis to make informed decisions that resulted in a clear, measurable increase in team or organizational performance.

• A history of establishing and nurturing relationships that led to the successful adoption or expansion of a new program or curriculum.

• High proficiency in organizing and managing data using tools like Google Sheets and Docs to monitor progress and ensure consistent communication.

• A commitment to Zearn’s mission of delivering exceptional education to all children, evidenced through prior work or volunteer experiences.

• BA/BS in a relevant field.
