This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee the client onboarding journey, starting from the initial introduction call through to the final transition to the Marketing Advisor team.
• Establish clear expectations with clients by providing welcome materials and a comprehensive overview of our processes.
• Evaluate and process client onboarding questionnaires to collect all essential information.
• Obtain access to all necessary client marketing platforms, such as Google, Meta, and various website and CRM systems.
• Resolve technical access issues and offer guidance to clients as required.
• Create and set up new accounts when pre-existing ones are unavailable.
• Configure client-specific Databox dashboards to ensure accurate data flow and performance monitoring.
• Test all reporting functionalities prior to handing over to the Marketing Advisor.
• Provide clients with basic navigation training for their new dashboards.
• Conduct regular client check-ins every 3-6 months to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
• Administer satisfaction surveys and collect detailed feedback to enhance our processes continuously.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for administrative and technical inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
• Continuously improve our client success processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, preferences, and account specifics.
• Prepare comprehensive handoff documents for the Marketing Advisor team to ensure a seamless transition.
• A minimum of 6 years experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency or a similar setting.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and content management systems like WordPress.
• Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to guide clients from contract signing through to full launch, which includes conducting kickoff calls, gathering necessary assets, and setting clear expectations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
• Full-Time Position M-F EST
• Salary: $2,200+ USD
• 100% Remote work environment
