This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Serve as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor, forging strong relationships of trust between our internal sales teams and the technical experts of our partners, facilitating seamless collaboration and mutual success.
• Function as the primary technical authority for an expanding portfolio of partners, equipping them with the architectural knowledge and best practices essential for addressing their customers' most intricate data challenges.
• Actively promote the partner-led sales approach, guiding our partners’ SEs through live sales processes to enhance their confidence, accelerate deal progression, and significantly boost partner-led revenue.
• Shift our partners' technical capabilities from subjective assessments to objective metrics, establishing clear success indicators and nurturing a culture of continuous learning and certification.
• Advocate for Cribl's value propositions and use cases, mentoring partners on how to construct persuasive business cases and convey the unique strengths of our solutions.
• Enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring they receive expert-level support and guidance from a highly skilled local partner network that you have contributed to developing.
• Be the driving force and advocate for our partner technical enablement strategy in APAC: sponsoring and implementing a premier program of workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
• Create compelling use case documentation through blog contributions and provide enhancements to product documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the APAC region to engage with partners and support key business opportunities.
• As a remote-first organization, work occurs across various time zones, and you may occasionally need to perform duties outside your regular working hours.
• Over 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing capacity such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
• Significant experience in a partner-facing or channel-centric technical role is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in training, mentoring, and empowering technical teams. Experience in creating technical training resources (workshops, labs, presentations) is a notable advantage.
• In-depth domain knowledge in Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (including SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• A proactive, structured mindset with a knack for relationship-building and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Residency in Singapore is required. (Note: While Cribl operates as a remote-first company, this role necessitates living in Singapore.)
