This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the strategic growth and enhancement of our partner ecosystem across the UK and EMEA regions.
• Take responsibility for identifying, recruiting, and managing high-level strategic alliances to drive scalable revenue growth and increase market penetration.
• Ensure the effective delivery of AI-driven financial solutions through various channel routes.
• Work closely with direct sales teams to develop joint account strategies, co-selling initiatives, and collaborative pipeline assessments.
• Supervise the implementation of comprehensive training and certification programs to foster partner self-sufficiency and mastery of solutions.
• Guide the onboarding process for newly recruited partners, from contract signing through initial enablement, to ensure swift revenue-generating activities.
• Maintain precise records of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline activities within the CRM system for accurate deal registration and attribution.
• Execute stringent performance tracking by utilizing structured Quarterly Business Reviews and executive-level scorecards.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement advanced co-marketing campaigns and account-based sales strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD accompanied by 2 years of experience.
• A typical professional background encompassing 6 to 10 years of experience in the industry.
• Demonstrated experience in SaaS channel sales, partner development, or alliance management.
• Previous experience working directly with accounting, ERP, or financial technology partners is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-tier channel models and alliance management within the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of SaaS partner ecosystem structures, particularly reseller, referral, and co-sell models.
• Solid grasp of partner program design principles, tier structures, incentive frameworks, and enablement requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise software procurement and purchasing processes related to channel and alliance sales.
• Proficient in CRM and partner relationship management platforms for opportunity attribution and pipeline reporting.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the capability to navigate complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions at the executive level with both internal and external stakeholders.
