Part-Time Weekend LPN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming vital signs, symptoms, and health metrics for a group of patients enrolled in Cadence remote monitoring.

• Evaluate alerts and abnormal readings against predefined clinical standards and identify patients needing immediate clinical attention.

• Reach out to patients with out-of-range readings to collect additional clinical data and confirm the context of symptoms, medications, and adherence.

• Collaborate with Cadence nurses and nurse practitioners to direct flagged patients to appropriate interventions and ensure all follow-ups are completed.

• Review AI-generated screening outputs and AI-prepared documentation for clinical precision prior to submission to a provider, correcting any inaccuracies identified by the model.

• Record every patient interaction in the clinical documentation and create care summaries for primary care providers and cardiologists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license with compact licensure.

• At least 5 years of experience working as an LPN/LVN.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiology environment.

• Experience in remote patient monitoring or telemedicine, including EMR-based clinical documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct interactions with patients and for provider-facing documentation.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted clinical tools such as Gemini, Open Evidence, or similar platforms.

• Capability to clarify to providers and patients where AI facilitates care delivery and where human judgment is indispensable.

• Availability to work scheduled shifts on Saturdays and Sundays during the specified Eastern Time hours.
