Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• This position is tasked with executing sales initiatives, supporting retail strategies, and influencing outcomes at the store level within a designated territory.

• The Territory Sales Associate (TSA) collaborates closely with store management, internal teams, and colleagues to implement strategies, resolve issues, and communicate effectively.

• Ensure and maintain complete distribution of all “authorized” Hershey products within the assigned area.

• Guarantee impeccable retail execution of Headquarters Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) across various retailers.

• Provide weekly reports on activities, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and all administrative tasks within the assigned territory.

• Document daily activities using tablets and submit reports upon completion of each day.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid driver's license issued by a US state is required.

• A personal vehicle in good working condition is necessary.

• Must maintain personal auto insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 for property damage.

• Residing within or being willing to commute to the specified territory boundaries as outlined in the job description is essential.

• Ability to drive long distances for multiple sales calls on a daily basis.

• Must be capable of lifting weights between 10-40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and demonstrating manual dexterity are required, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Proficiency in using tablet technology is necessary.

• Daily access to wireless internet is required.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage are essential.
